Admitted students looking to join campus January 2025 may submit their enrollment deposit on or before December 15. We encourage students who are ready to choose °®Ç鵺ÂÛ̳ to submit their deposit so we may provide important next steps about housing and course registration, and we highly encourage international students to submit your deposit early so we can begin supporting your I-20 process beginning as soon as possible.
Become a Scot! Log into to your to pay the non-refundable $400 enrollment deposit to secure your place in our incoming class.
Make sure you use your email address and password created after you applied (parents – please don’t try to create an account separately). Or, you can mail a check payable to °®Ç鵺ÂÛ̳. If all else fails, call our office so a staff member may assist you at 330-263-2322.

Save the Date! Scot Showcase Admitted Student Programs at °®Ç鵺ÂÛ̳
These visit programs designed exclusively for admitted students provide a two-day, in-depth experience of °®Ç鵺ÂÛ̳’s distinctive features. Enjoy tours of campus, time with current students, and the chance to interact with faculty and staff from a variety of offices across campus. Families can look forward to sessions designed specifically for them, including hearing directly from faculty, students, and other campus leaders.

Individual Campus °®Ç鵺ÂÛ̳
Register for an individual weekday visit . All visitors must register in advance.
- Individual Weekday °®Ç鵺ÂÛ̳ – Most weekday visits can provide an opportunity to observe a class, eat in the dining hall or meet with professors or coaches.
The 2025-2026 FAFSA will not be available during the Early Decision application cycle. Since we still want to provide financial aid estimates to applicants, Early Decision applicants interested in a need-based financial aid estimate should submit the by November 1, 2024, using °®Ç鵺ÂÛ̳’s CSS code of 1134. We will begin mailing early estimates on November 15, 2024.
FAFSA will be live in December. Our Financial Aid team is here to help you navigate recent changes to the FAFSA. To better understand these updates, please view our page. Add °®Ç鵺ÂÛ̳ to your FAFSA with the code 003037.
